Payment method

In the “Method of payment” tab, you can use the respective drop-down list to choose between different payment methods. For certain options, information that we require in order to settle payments is requested.

Invoice

This option is available to our customers from the industry, trade, teaching, and research sectors.

In the case of private individuals, we reserve the right to use one of the other payment methods to settle the first two orders.

Direct debit from your bank account

To use this option, you must enter certain information about to your German bank account. Please understand that direct debit within the EU is currently not possible.

Credit card

To use this option, you must enter certain information about the credit card you intend to use. Please note that we only accept credit cards issued by VISA or by MasterCard.

PayPal

After we have checked your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail with a request for payment. You then have the option to pay via PayPal. Payment via PayPal can be accessed via a link in the e-mail. We will only ship your order after receiving your payment. Please refrain from making the payment until you have received the order confirmation. Please indicate the order number as the reason for payment.

Prepayment

The order confirmation you will receive contains the necessary payment information.

Orders can only be shipped after the invoice amount is received. If you wish to make use of our express service, please clarify by phone how these two options can be made mutually compatible.

Cash on Collection

When the items you ordered are ready for collection, you will receive an e-mail with the corresponding information. We can also contact you at your specified phone number upon request.
