Shipping

Shipment of the finished orders is generally commissioned through UPS, which results in favorable prices, especially for the standard shipping service. Other shipping options are available so that we can respond flexibly to all eventualities.

UPS services

Please select the most suitable shipping service for your requirements from the entries in the “Shipping via:” drop-down list. You can find detailed information on the listed shipping services on the UPS homepage. The shipping charges associated with your choice will be displayed next to it along with the calculated weight of your order.

Others

We are ready to dispatch any shipment with another provider of your choice in each individual case. Please contact us if this is necessary.

City courier

For customers in and around Berlin, shipping can also be made with a city courier. If you have chosen this option, we will contact you to make further arrangements.

Collection by the customer

We are happy for customers to collect their orders during normal business hours that overlap with the time window for contact by phone.

When the items you ordered are ready for collection, you will receive an e-mail with the corresponding information. We can also contact you at your specified phone number upon request.

Personal parcel service account

If you want to charge the costs to your personal UPS account, please enter the corresponding account number in the field provided.

Voraussichtliches Lieferdatum

The calendar on this page shows the time period (turquoise dates) within which the delivery of your order will fall, with by far the greatest likelihood of it being the first day of the displayed time interval. The fact that the period may extend to more than one day is due to the uncertainty of the shipping service. With the standard production service, a “soft” interval of five to eight working days may also contribute to this.

Voucher code

If you have a valid voucher from Schaeffer AG, you can enter the code listed on it in the relevant input field. The best place to see the impact of the voucher is in the order overview.

The vouchers from Schaeffer AG pertain to different benefits:

  • Percentage discount on the net value of goods

  • Discount on the net value of goods in the form of a fixed amount

  • Free or cheaper upgrade to a faster production service

Note the validity of the voucher in your possession as well as potential limitations or scalings of the afforded benefits subject to the net value of your order.

Note that the criteria for order-specific lead times are applied to the original net order value and therefore not affected by the use of a voucher.

Your internal purchase order number (optional)

In the “Shipping” tab, you can enter your own PO number. This will then be listed in the order confirmation, invoice, and delivery note.
