Shopping cart

The current contents of the shopping cart are listed in a table. The order quantities and certain product properties can be adjusted directly. Front panels are added via a dialog. You can add other items using a convenient search function. In addition to the selected production service, the shipping service is of course also included in the total delivery time.

Use existing shopping cart

To open an existing shopping cart, use the corresponding button in the upper toolbar.

This opens a corresponding dialog via which you can select the desired FPD file. With the corresponding icon, you can also save the customized shopping cart under the same or a new name at any time.

Adding and removing front panels and other items

To add front panels please use the appropriate button in the upper toolbar.

This opens a dialog via which you can select the desired file.

You can add other items to the shopping cart in the “Search for items” tab.

To remove an item, please use the icon next to the input field for the item’s order quantity.

Adjusting order quantity and product features

To adjust an item’s order quantity, please use the input field for the respective item’s order quantity in the table overview.

The length of side profiles can be adjusted, not only when searching for items, but also in the shopping cart.

Net value of goods

The order’s net value (excluding surcharges and shipping charges) corresponds to the items In the shopping cart below the table overview.

If the order’s net value is greater than €900 net, then order-specific processing times apply, which we will be happy to explain to you in advance.

The surcharges incurred by faster production services are listed separately.

Different discounts apply to all other items according to the price list integrated in the ordering program. Adjust the order quantity to see the possible discounts available to you.

Surcharges for faster production lead times

If a service deviating from the standard production service is selected to achieve faster manufacturing lead times, the following surcharges will be added to the (possibly discounted) front panel prices:

Different surcharges apply to all other items according to the integrated price list. Explore the various surcharges incurred by adjusting the production service.

Note that above a net value of €900, individual delivery times may arise. We will inform you of this with your order confirmation.

Front panels with varying urgency:

If you only need a part of your order faster, it is recommended that you split it into two orders. If orders for a front panel are split, only the discounts arising per order can be granted.

Table overview

The cart’s current contents are listed in a table. You can adjust the quantities and remove listed items from the shopping cart.

Variable	Description
Pos.	Sequential number which is assigned by the program and clearly marks the position in the order.
Quantity	Adjustable order quantity of an item; an item can be removed from the cart with the icon next to the input field.
Name	Description of the item’s essential properties. Listed front panels can be opened via the corresponding link in “Front Panel Designer.” Any changes will be taken into account by the ordering program after the file has been saved.
Unit price	Price of a single item, in accordance with the price calculation in “Front Panel Designer,” for other articles, according to the integrated price list.
Discount	The discount on an item’s unit price is uniform for front panels (10% for 5–9 units, 20% for 10–19 units, 30% for 20–29 units; for larger quantities, upon request); for other articles, according to the integrated price list.
Surcharge	A surcharge on an item’s (possibly discounted) unit price results if the standard (five to eight WDs) production service is replaced with a faster service (Urgent 3 WDs, Express 1 WD). For details, see the subitem “Surcharges for faster production lead times” on this page.
Total	Costs for the item, taking discounts and surcharges into account, but excluding VAT.

Incoming orders and production lead times

The start of the production lead time is independent of your chosen method of payment.

If your “Standard order” is received on our incoming order server by 2 pm local time, that day can be counted as part of the production lead time.

Orders with the “Urgent” as well as the “Express” production service must arrive on our incoming order server by 12 am local time.
